A house offering an exceptionally spacious environment of 5 suites together with large reception rooms and terraces. An area consisting of some 700 square meters on 3 floors enhanced by superb views of both Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail.

An Environmentally sensitive house : leading to an outside area surrounded by vineyards, pine trees, a woodland of 1 hectar, a charming garden thoughtfully planted
with mainly Mediterranean plants, fragrant herbs, together with a productive kitchen garden.

In the heart of a region with a vast diversity being only 5 minutes from Vaison la Romaine – the largest Roman archeological site in France – also only 15 minutes to the foot of Mont Ventoux (of Tour de France fame and challenge) hardly 1 hour’s drive from Avignon and most importantly in the centre of the famous names of the Southern Cotes du Rhone wines.

Bastide la Combe is open from March through to November and by request for Truffle weekends in January and February

Impossible de se lasser de la vue magnifique surplombant les vignobles. La piscine est idéalement située, dans un environnement de calme absolu. Toutes les pièces de la bastide sont très spacieuses, décorées avec goût. Les chambres sont confortables et très bien équipées

This restored and heightened gentleman’s house is ideal for someone wanting to be within a short drive of Vaison la Romaine and have the luxury of a shared villa. The house has space for five accommodations, huge common area on the third floor and large dining area on the second floor.
